Developer Information

The Wavestation manual contains a fairly thorough explanation of the instrument's System Exclusive implementation. To supplement this, Korg prepared various developer publications, including a developer FAQ, a description of the SysEx implementation for the effects, text files with the names of all factory sounds for the A/D and SR, and overviews of differences between the models from the developer perspective.

If you're interested in writing a program which uses System Exclusive to communicate with the Wavestation, such as an editor and/or librarian, then this documentation should be helpful.
